Upon satisfying all contractual obligations, customers shall receive the applicable title documents relevant to the purchased property.
The type of title document depends on the particular estate or project.

Honour agreed payment schedules.
Cooperate during documentation processes.
Comply with estate rules after allocation.
Refund requests shall be governed by the executed Sales Agreement.
Administrative charges, legal costs, taxes, and processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
Reservation fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
